As the Clinical Strategy and Planning Lead at Pivot Rx, Claire is the magic sauce behind all our clinical processes, policies, and patient services. Claire's decade of experience in hospital and acute care settings and her provincial leadership roles in pharmacy, keeps Pivot Rx at the forefront of best practices for our patients. An avid outdoor enthusiast, accomplished equestrian, super mom, ski-lover and sometimes tri-athlete, Claire truly embodies living, working and playing in Syilx Nation territory to the fullest.

Josh is one-half of the Pivot Rx owners you will see and work with on a regular basis. When he's not pharmacist-ing, he's our go-to-guy for all things IT-related! A real jack of all trades when it comes to pharmacy practice, Josh's experience spans hospital, long-term care and community settings. Originally from Ottawa, ON, Josh and Claire moved to the Okanagan with a 2-year plan...that was in 2013! Josh is an avid skiier, outdoor enthusiast, super dad and professional Gizmo the dog belly-scratcher.

Logan is the other half of the Pivot Rx owners you will see and work with on a regular basis. When he's not behind the pharmacist counter, he's usually busy tweaking our day-to-day operations and processes to support our staff to provide our patients with the best pharmacy experience possible. As a former pharmacy franchise owner for a decade, he's excited to apply his lessons learned to build a pharmacy and business he'd be proud to have serve his own family and loved ones. As a former fishing guide who grew up in Campbell River, Logan loves all things outdoors and adventure and anything with a motor.

As the words behind the brand, Sana's the lead for all things media, marketing and communications. When she isn't busy at her full time gig as an Assistant Professor at UBC Okanagan, building her consulting company or mom-ing, she's usually found begging the rest of the team for social media content and pitching Pivot Rx to anyone who will listen. As the only non-Pharmacist in the crew, her expertise in health equity, health communications and systems change keeps our pharmacy at the forefront of equitable care delivery. As a lover of all things Beyonce, she's hoping to one day run the world.

Pivot Rx's designated manager in Kamloops is Logan McNeil who is licensed by the College of Pharmacists of BC.
